I was servered divorce papers by my wife and and I am not wanting to give up 12 years but I have to reply to the paperwork. If I make 60k a year and she makes 120k a year I will be asking for alimony and have of her teachers retirement will I get alimony? We have two kids together and dont want to give them a broken home is there any guys out there that has been in this situation and did they get alimony?
