Can one get a divorce without the spouse ?

Hi,
My wife decided to stay in Canada and not to go back with me to Europe after 1 year in Canada. We married in Europe and acknoledged married in Canada. I left Canada 6 months ago and applied for divorce as she did too. This is also our seperation period so far…
We have no childs, property, debts etc. We are both 30. In order to get an uncomplicated divorce in my country my wife need to cooperate but she refuse to. Meanwhile she sent me divorce applications she applied in Ontario in order for me to sign… Moreover, she filled in her application that we are seperated for more than a year, which is a lie!
Can she get her divorce without my signature and/or cooperation ?
Should/Can I contact the relevant Ontario service and report her ?
