Ex partner asked for divorce

My current partner of 4 years is still married to an woman who has recently txt asking for her half of his house, a house that he has payed a mortgage on his own and added value to, his ex partner never paid a mortgage payment or any bills, we’re do we go from here what is the best way to move forward, fair enough she should get something but not half
