Hurt confused help

I don’t know what I should do anymore I love him but does he feel the same it’s so much hurt right now I’d it worth the pain if the feeling isn’t mutual

If he does not feel the same then you need to move on. You will just continue to get hurt and be sad. It will be tough at the beginning but things do get better!
