Is my soon to be ex wife entitled to my pension

we have been married for three years and I decided to file for divorce. We have split everything down the middle 50/50 but she wants me to pay for her lawyer fees and wants her “portion quote of my pension. We are going to court for it soon but I wanted to know if this is something I can win and her not be entitled to anything as far as my pension is concerned

Generally speaking yes. She is entitled to half of the pension that you accumulated while you were together.
Yes, she is entitled to half of the value of your pension for the time you were married. She could have waived the right to get the pension like my husband did, but she obviously wanted it. Be careful, she can also ask for spousal support. That right can be waived as well, but if she knows she’s entitled to it, she may ask for that as well.
