new separation.

Lucky me but am now going through my second divorce/separation…..

I am moving out of the home my spouse and I shared.  There are not children involved other than the children we both hard prior to the relationship.  11 years.  My spouse has kept our money tight and most in his name and now that I am separating I would like access to these funds to live and operate.  He is not giving any or sharing any info.

1)  Will moving out cause me any long term issues with regards to separating?

2) how can I get access to funds we have had over the past 11 years?

you need to connect with a lawyer right away and make sure both those things are clear!!!!! i think you need to finalize your date of separation and intent for the agreement before you leave but am not certain!!!
