Rachel obtained her B.A. in Information and Media Studies from the University of Western Ontario before pursuing her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2008.
Rachel practices in all areas of family law. She has worked with both married and common law spouses. She regularly works on complex files involving parenting, support and property issues. In addition, Rachel assists clients with respect to domestic agreements such as marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements.
Rachel has extensive experience both in and out of the courtroom. She is a skilled negotiator who always strives to obtain the best possible results for her clients. She is able to successfully negotiate directly with other lawyers as well as resolve matters through mediation. Rachel also regularly attends all levels of court where she is a fierce advocate for her clients. Rachel provides a tailored approach to each case in order to ensure that each client’s individual needs and objectives are satisfied.
Rachel is married and has two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
