Need help moving on

My ex-wife of 37 years told me she was going shopping 2 days after Christmas and at 6:00 pm sent me text message saying she was filing for divorce. While she was out “withdrawing” $50,000 from account we had at bank and just so happens this money was a retiring settlement I had received and was putting into IRA. I had no clue she wanted divorce and had not had any harsh words or anything.
That was over two years ago and I can’t seem to move on. My health is poor with motility issues and serious heart problems Does anyone have suggestion on how to move on
Im sorry this has happened to you. Unfortunately bad things happen to good people. I cant really offer much advice as you are taking it much better than I would have. All I can say is to do it for you. Dont make this the end for yourself. She will have to answer for everything one day just like we all have to. Im sorry my friend.
