Separation: Can a Judge make me leave my home that I am living in?

Hello,
My wife separated with me last October & states she didn’t love me anymore. No one else involved but wasn’t prepared to do marriage counselling or anything.
We have two little ones & have been living amicably while the house is being sold as we need to pay debts with the sale of the house (she ran up the debts) but suddenly has stated she wants to stay in the house with the kids & I go off to rent. We are quite far into the sale of the house now.
She states she can get a judge to kick me out & she stays in the house because of the kids. We can’t afford to stay in the house..let alone run two properties with the debt. I haven’t left my children & am a big part of their lives.
Can a judge kick me out of my own home that I haven’t left?
Thanks

Dear DJC,
if she can really do it depends on many factors which can influence the court’s final decision. Please read this explanation with a video here https://rightlawyers.com/my-house-get-out/.
It’s important you find a divorce attorney. A lawyer if you are still not going to get a divorce in this situation.
I wish you luck.

If the mortgage and deed is both parties she can’t kick you out or ask to leave, and if you do leave you would she could stay with the house saying that you abandone the family. But I would consult a lawyer..A week ago my husband asked divorce by message while I was visiting my family. So I get it

I have been living at the house for 2 years without her living there. The judge has ordered me out of the home to sell it but I have no money to rent a place and nowhere to put any of my belongings. Not to mention my way of surviving is working out of my garage and if I leave I have no way to make any money.</span></span>
