Hello, I’m Sabeena Bubber, thanks for taking the time to read my bio. I’m a mortgage consultant with Xeva Mortgage working from my office on the North Shore in Vancouver.
I am very proud to say that since 2004 I have helped over 2700 clients borrow over $675M in mortgages. I have won many local awards and have been named among the Top 50 Brokers in Canada by the CMP Magazine for several years running. Most recently I was named a finalist for Mortgage Broker of the Year in both 2015 and 2016, while Xeva Mortgage won Best Newcomer in the Canadian Mortgage Awards in 2015. In 2017, I’ve been nominated for Best Community Service Effort for my charitable initiative with 100brokers.org. Most notably however is the fact that I have been selected by CMP magazine as a Woman of Influence in the Canadian Mortgage industry; as a woman who has made her mark on this industry!
I am committed to finding solutions for my clients that go beyond just getting a good interest rate. I am a specialist in reading fine print and love to help my clients get the mortgage product that best suits their needs. I believe in establishing long term relationships with my clients. I am more than happy to help you secure a single mortgage, but I get really excited about giving you mortgage advice for life! As such, my clients come back to me for advice frequently during the mortgage term so that we can align their mortgage repayment strategy with their other financial goals.
On a personal note, I’m a proud single mother of two wonderful daughters who mean the world to me. I’ve also recently become certified coach in NeuroLinguistic programming and certified in Time Line Therapy (R) and hypnotherapy.
